Buildup Marketing provides digital marketing services for contractors and trade businesses, including websites, advertising support, local SEO, and videography. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are set out in a separate proposal or agreement for each engagement.

Site content is for general information. Case studies, results, and examples describe specific client work and are not guarantees of future performance. Markets, competition, seasonality, and how quickly you respond to leads all affect outcomes.

Submitting a contact form or email is not a contract. We may decline projects that are not a fit. Until a written agreement is signed (or payment terms are otherwise accepted in writing), no paid work is obligated.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Buildup Marketing retains ownership of templates, tools, and pre-existing materials. Client-owned content you provide remains yours. Finished project ownership and licenses are defined in the project agreement.

You may not scrape, copy, or republish substantial portions of this website without permission.

Marketing work often relies on third-party platforms (Google, Meta, hosting providers, analytics, and similar tools). Those platforms have their own terms and policies. Buildup Marketing is not responsible for outages, policy changes, or account suspensions by third parties.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buildup Marketing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from use of this website or from marketing services, except as required by a signed client agreement. Our total liability related to website use is limited to $100.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes related to the website shall be in the state or federal courts serving Guilford County, North Carolina, unless a signed client agreement specifies otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
